💼 About This Role

You'll support practices and games for a middle school competitive softball team in Bronx, NY. Your impact includes coaching and mentoring youth through sports. This role is part of DREAM's award-winning youth development program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate 1-3 practices per week
• Manage roster and support game strategy on game day
• Supervise team behavior using positive discipline techniques
• Take attendance at all practices and games

📋 Requirements

• Understanding of softball rules and regulations
• Experience working with school-age children
• Ability to uphold sport-based youth development principles

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years of assistant coaching experience
• Previous experience playing softball competitively at high school or college level
• CPR/First Aid certification
