Description

As the Senior Partner Account Director, Snowflake, you will define and drive Braze's global strategy for its partnership with Snowflake. You'll identify growth opportunities, align executive stakeholders, and shape product and integration priorities to drive pipeline, revenue, and ecosystem impact. This is a cross-functional role requiring collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience within the SaaS/technology ecosystem
  • 2+ years of Partnerships Experience
  • Deep familiarity with Snowflake Data Cloud architecture and partner ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement platform landscape and marketing technology
  • Proven experience defining joint partnership strategies and building global execution plans
  • Track record of securing executive alignment including C-suite engagement
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams on integration priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with sales teams for measurable revenue outcomes
  • Able to operate independently in a strategic, first-in-kind capacity
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Define partnership strategy: Identify growth opportunities within Snowflake Data Cloud and develop a global strategy.
  • Drive executive alignment: Lead senior executive meetings with Snowflake C-suite and Braze leadership.
  • Own global partnership direction: Set strategic direction and leverage cross-functional teams for execution.
  • Establish governance and operating models: Design joint steering committees and cross-functional alignment forums.
  • Shape product and integration priorities: Collaborate with product and engineering on roadmap and integration development.
  • Set commercial ambition and targets: Define measurable goals for pipeline, revenue influence, and ecosystem expansion.
  • Drive commercial performance: Work with Sales to embed partnership into deal cycles and translate momentum into revenue.
  • Represent Braze in the ecosystem: Act as strategic ambassador externally and internally.
