Description

You will maintain and service a book of employee benefits clients, processing renewals, new business, and policy changes. You'll support the Producer by creating proposals, conducting open enrollment meetings, and ensuring accuracy in policy details and client documentation.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Active Life/Health License
  • Experience conducting open enrollment benefits meetings
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Time management and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned book of business including renewals, new business, cancellations, and policy changes
  • Market renewal policies and provide accurate new/renewal proposals and coverage summaries
  • Check policy coverages, changes, and amendments for accuracy
  • Respond to insured and underwriter inquiries
  • Generate open enrollment materials and conduct open enrollment meetings
