💼 About This Role

You'll join a team responsible for the speed, stability, and operational health of a high-traffic platform. You'll design systems that prevent slowness and improve performance across microservices, working with global workloads where milliseconds matter.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and implement new features for custom objects
• Diagnose bottlenecks in backend services, APIs, and message flows
• Optimize database queries, indexing, and read/write paths
• Define best practices for high-performance microservices and observability

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience focused on large-scale systems
• Strong experience with Node.js internals (event loop, memory model)
• Proficiency in diagnosing performance issues using CPU/heap profilers
• Solid understanding of Microservices, Distributed systems, and Caching

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high-traffic Node.js services serving millions of requests/hour
• Familiarity with distributed tracing (OTel) and SLO-driven engineering
• Background in runtime optimization or capacity planning
