You'll lead pharmacology strategy for novel biologics using generative AI to accelerate drug discovery and advance candidates toward the clinic.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and oversee pharmacology plans for large molecule therapeutics.
• Lead in vivo efficacy and in vitro functional assay studies.
• Act as Biology Lead, coordinating workflows and CROs.
• Collaborate with computational biology and design teams on new targets.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Immunology, Cancer Biology, or related field.
• 5+ years' industry experience in biotech or pharma.
• Expertise in disease models for biologics drug development.
• Experience with multi-specifics or ADCs.

• Experience leveraging ML or computational biology for biologics design.
• Antibody discovery, engineering, and optimisation strategies.
