🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage teams of 10–15 mortgage associates
• Monitor pipeline and meet monthly production targets
• Train, motivate, and coach new associates
• Handle escalations and special member circumstances

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate degree or significant industry experience
• 3+ years sales management experience
• Mortgage loan origination or processing experience
• Active NMLS license in multiple states
