🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric and adult clients in home settings
• Perform tracheostomy and ventilator management as needed
• Utilize electronic charting via Statewise system
• Coordinate with clinical support team for client needs

📋 Requirements

• Current LPN license in Florida
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Current CPR card
• Pass Florida Care Provider Background Screening
