Description

You will lead the evolution of iHerb's e-commerce platform by developing personalized, AI-driven experiences. You'll leverage recommendation algorithms and generative AI to enhance product discovery and customer engagement across all platforms, collaborating with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of e-commerce personalization (collaborative filtering, content-based, hybrid)
• Proven experience with generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models)
• Strong data analysis skills (Google Analytics, SQL)
• Expertise in A/B testing and experimentation
• 7+ years of product management in e-commerce or consumer software

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven recommendation systems and generative AI initiatives
• Analyze user behavior and A/B test results to optimize AI features
• Define and prioritize product roadmap for personalization and AI
• Conduct user research to inform customer-centric AI development
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and marketing
