• Drive operational excellence and transform the Northern Europe Solution Consulting team
• Own the regional Book of Business and ensure tight account alignment
• Proactively partner with sales to allocate Presales resources and pivot strategies
• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of high-readiness professionals
