๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive revenue growth across large enterprise accounts by building strategic relationships and delivering cutting-edge AI-led CX solutions. You'll own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting to closure, and position next-generation AI-powered customer experience platforms. This role focuses on Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and CCaaS solutions, offering the opportunity to work with top enterprise clients and cutting-edge technology.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and achieve/exceed annual sales quotas across enterprise accounts
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
- Identify and build large strategic deals focused on Agentic AI, CCaaS, and digital CX transformation
- Develop and execute account strategies for complex multi-stakeholder global accounts
๐ Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience with strong quota achievement
- Proven experience selling Agentic AI / Generative AI / Conversational AI / CCaaS solutions into large enterprises
- Strong hunter mindset with ability to open new logos and grow strategic accounts
- Experience managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals

- Experience selling platforms similar to CCaaS, AI automation, or digital CX suites
- Exposure to GenAI use cases, Agentic workflows, LLM-based automation
- Experience with SaaS subscription models and enterprise licensing structures
