💼 About This Role

You'll partner with an account team to advise customers on complex GIS business challenges and demonstrate the value of Esri technology. You'll design presentations and propose solutions that align Esri technology with strategic customer needs. This role offers a chance to coach new team members and present at major conferences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships with enterprise-level decision makers
• Lead technical meetings to drive revenue
• Coach new team members on best practices
• Design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps and performing spatial analysis
• 3+ years of experience supporting the Federal Law Enforcement community
• Broad knowledge of ArcGIS from an IT context
• Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience incorporating real-time information streams with GIS data
• Knowledge of digitalization strategies including mobile, IoT, AI/ML
• Master's degree in geography, computer science, or related field
