💼 About This Role

You'll support and optimize manufacturing execution and automation systems in a high-volume discrete manufacturing environment. Your focus is on real-time shop-floor execution and seamless ERP-MES-PLC integration to ensure production reliability. This role offers hands-on work with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell and Siemens PLC/HMI systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide MES-PLC integration support during system launches and constrained production.
• Configure and maintain MES-to-PLC communications and PLC tags/logic.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and industrial network issues affecting MES execution.
• Support MES enhancements, system upgrades, and production rollouts.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell and Siemens tag-based PLC/HMI systems.
• Strong PLC and HMI troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Basic understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
