You'll lead a software engineering team building high-impact camera products at Verkada, a leader in cloud physical security. You'll drive product quality, reliability, and user experience while working cross-functionally with product and hardware teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead the engineering team through recruitment and mentoring
• Work with Product Managers and Hardware Team to chart roadmaps
• Plan and drive project execution
• Drive product quality, reliability, and user experience

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a management or startup leadership role
• 4+ years experience in a software engineering role
• Experience acting as a technical lead for a team of 5 or more engineers
• Willingness to work onsite five days per week
