You will help maintain cleanliness in our kitchen by collecting used kitchenware, operating dishwashing machines, and ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes during peak hours. This role is essential to keeping our restaurant running smoothly and upholding sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks
• Attention to detail and sanitation rules
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)

Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock and place orders when necessary
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
