Description

You will lead revenue recognition, billing operations, and sales tax compliance, while driving process improvements and supporting financial reporting. This role is critical to ensuring accurate accounting in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years accounting experience (public and corporate)
• 5+ years with ERP/GL systems (NetSuite preferred)
• 5+ years revenue function experience (ASC 606 and AR)
• Strong Excel skills and accounting automation experience
• CPA license preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform customer contract reviews and analysis under ASC 606
• Own billing operations and sales tax compliance
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and fluctuation analysis for month-end close
• Manage end-to-end reconciliation of marketplace transactions into ERP and CMS
• Drive continuous process improvement in revenue cycle activities
