You'll join a team supporting a large federal agency's legal mission, processing FOIA requests and performing litigation support tasks. Your core impact will be conducting searches, analyzing documents, and applying FOIA exemptions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to government innovation while utilizing eDiscovery tools like Nuix and Relativity.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Conduct searches and analyze result sets for responsive documents
- Redact and code responsive documents
- Perform legal research
- Draft legal documents
📋 Requirements
- Paralegal certificate, JD, or at least one year of ABA-accredited law school
- One year of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience with Nuix Investigate, Relativity, or similar eDiscovery tools
- Experience processing FOIA requests and applying exemptions
✨ Nice to Have
- Two years experience with Nuix Investigate
- Two years experience processing FOIA requests for Federal agencies
- Fluency in FOIA statutory and regulatory guidelines
