🎯 What You'll Do

• Own search, recommendations, and personalization systems end-to-end
• Identify high-impact opportunities and validate through rapid experimentation
• Design and analyze A/B tests to drive measurable business outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Applied ML in production
• Strong foundation in machine learning, experimentation, and statistical thinking
• Proven track record of driving business impact beyond building models
• Highly proficient in SQL and Python
