Description

You will lead a small team of technicians, providing technical troubleshooting and operational direction on the production floor to build high-quality electrical harness assemblies for aerospace and defense customers. You will organize daily work, inspect hardware, implement checklists, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years as a technician in a fast-paced production environment
• Proficient in reading complex wire harness schematics

Responsibilities

• Build electrical harness assemblies for aerospace and defense customers
• Provide technical and operational direction to team members
• Demonstrate proper techniques to new apprentice technicians
• Inspect hardware in-process for conformance to specifications
• Assign and prioritize daily work per production schedule
