Description

You will facilitate remote group therapy sessions for adolescents and young adults, using evidence-based curricula to support clients with complex mental health needs. You'll collaborate with a care team, attend supervision, and ensure timely documentation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Experience with youth and young adults
• Proficient in DBT, CBT, or other modalities
• Available weekday late afternoons/evenings and Saturdays
• Reliable WIFI and telehealth technical ability

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions following Charlie Health curriculum
• Foster client engagement and camera-on culture
• Complete treatment documentation within 24 hours
• Attend weekly Treatment Team and biweekly Group Supervision
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours
