🎯 What You'll Do

• Solve problems across the case lifecycle wherever they arise
• Conduct treatment check-ins with clients
• Handle high-volume overflow tasks across the legal ops team
• Step into a full desk when teammates are out of office

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years in legal operations, case management, or claims handling in personal injury
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Comfortable with a constantly changing day-to-day
• Can manage high-volume workloads
