You'll guide clinicians through onboarding and adoption of Tandem's AI-powered clinical platform in Denmark. Your work ensures seamless integration of our tools into daily patient care, driving real impact. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to refine workflows and scale safely.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
• Build templates and prompts to refine the AI assistant.
• Run live product demos for prospective clients.
• Log and manage clinical safety incidents.

📋 Requirements

• Clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in consulting, corporate, or startup environments.
• Fluency in Danish.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly.

• Familiarity with prompting and large language models.
• Experience working in a healthtech or SaaS company.
• Exposure to EU regulatory standards.
