💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic GTM planning, forecasting, and sales operations for a global B2B SaaS company, partnering with VP of Revenue Operations and CRO. You'll build a high-performing revenue operations organization that delivers scale, speed, and accuracy across the full revenue lifecycle. This role offers the chance to drive operational excellence and influence at all levels.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead annual GTM planning, quota and territory design, capacity modeling.
  • Own global forecasting cadence and enforce CRM data governance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for pipeline health and productivity.
  • Oversee Salesforce and RevTech stack (CRM, CPQ, CLM, BI tools).

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
  • Proven experience leading annual sales planning and forecasting.
  • Expertise in Salesforce including reporting and territory management.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS unit economics (LTV, CAC, Net Retention).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience at a PE-backed company with complex multi-product solutions.
  • Prior experience managing and developing a direct team.
