Description

You will lead end-to-end electrical validation of PCBA and system-level hardware, from board bring-up to sustaining engineering and field issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high reliability and safety standards for self-driving technology products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years experience in PCBA electrical validation
• Expertise in module and system-level validation across power, high-speed interfaces, compute, memory, sensors
• Proven technical leadership and stakeholder influence
• Experience with board bring-up, fault injection testing, system level validation

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for PCBA design validation and module/system level validation
• Drive sustaining engineering efforts including root cause and corrective action for field issues
• Develop hardware validation strategies and test plans for electrical system-level validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Hardware Systems, Safety, Test, and EE
• Address and improve communication challenges within the team
