💼 About This Role

You'll be at the forefront of resolving technical challenges and optimizing our Okta platform globally. You'll implement robust solutions to drive efficiency and build a world-class identity function within our IT engineering team. This role offers significant ownership over identity and access management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement and maintain identity and authentication systems (Okta, Google Workspace).
• Manage auth policies, access controls, and build access management policies.
• Automate and orchestrate user lifecycles across systems and services.
• Handle escalations from IT teams and integrate tools with new platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT engineering or similar role.
• Expert level experience with Okta.
• Experience with a programming language (e.g., Python) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Experience using and understanding cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, PBAC and common access management principles.
• Experience with MDM systems (Kandji, JAMF, Intune).
• Ability to write strong technical documents.
