As a General Manager, you will take full ownership of your store experience, upholding standards through well-orchestrated shifts. You'll lead from the front, delivering elevated hospitality, manage P&L, and develop your team while driving sales and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 1+ years leading operations in high-growth hospitality/consumer brands
• Track record scaling and managing hospitality teams
• Track record managing inventory and supply chain ordering
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on, action-oriented, with excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Uphold and coach standards on every shift
• Lead from the front delivering elevated hospitality
• Own barista recruitment and upskill team through coaching
• Maintain standards via firm, fair feedback and address underperformance
• Oversee inventory, ordering, waste, and P&L
