💼 About This Role

You'll run end-to-end searches for the hardest roles across Taskrabbit, from senior engineers to executives. Your work will shape how we hire as a company by using data and AI to move faster without losing quality. You'll partner with senior leaders and represent Taskrabbit in every candidate conversation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run end-to-end searches across every function and level, including engineering, product, and executive roles.
• Partner with senior leaders to build hiring plans, calibrate roles, and shape offers.
• Use AI to automate sourcing, outreach, screening, and scheduling.
• Track funnel and source data in Greenhouse to coach hiring managers.
• Build diverse pipelines of senior technical talent, focusing on passive candidates in the Bay Area.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 5+ years focused on senior technical hiring (engineering, ML/AI, data, product)
• Hands-on with AI tools for sourcing, outreach, screening, or scheduling
• Fluent in recruiting data and able to build dashboards and define KPIs
• Expert in Greenhouse or similar ATS and fluent with LinkedIn Recruiter
