You'll drive network expansion by owning site identification, entitlements, and permitting across multiple metros. You'll navigate novel regulatory pathways for drone infrastructure, defining how autonomous logistics integrates into the built environment. This role sits at the intersection of real estate development, land use approvals, and regulatory strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support site selection and feasibility assessments end-to-end.
• Lead permitting efforts across multiple metros for drone operations.
• Represent Zipline in public forums to secure land use approvals.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate site constraints into design requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Development, or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Development, Permitting, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Strong understanding of zoning laws, building codes, and regulatory processes.
• Ability to navigate permitting independently and drive project outcomes.

• Professional Engineering (Civil) License in Texas, Florida, Arizona, Georgia, or California.
