🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct market analyses and develop compensation recommendations.
• Administer bonus and incentive plans and support salary planning.
• Ensure data integrity in Workday and maintain job profiles.
• Support organizational design and career progression structures.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of compensation and analytics experience.
• Proficient in Excel (PivotTables and LookUps) and PowerPoint/Canva.
• Experience with national surveys like Radford or CompAnalyst.
• Workday HRIS software experience required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Power BI experience.
• Experience with CompAnalyst or Salary.com.
• Knowledge of FLSA requirements.
