💼 About This Role

You'll support the delivery of complex construction projects that enable the future of fusion energy at a pioneering fusion power company. Working hands-on with diverse trades, you'll help turn ambitious designs into reality while upholding safety and quality standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and deliver construction activities across Helion's campus
• Manage project processes like change orders and material orders
• Prepare quantity take-offs and support subcontractor pricing
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

📋 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of construction processes across multiple trades
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or Bluebeam a plus
• Willingness to perform physical tasks in various environmental conditions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project
• Background in fast-paced project environments
