💼 About This Role

You'll join Portcast, a venture-backed logistics tech startup, as an individual contributor owning the full B2B SaaS sales cycle targeting BCOs and freight forwarders in the US market. Your core impact will be building a strategic sales plan, hunting new logos, and closing deals to drive our presence in the Americas. This role stands out for its remote-first flexibility and the opportunity to work with a tech-first, globally distributed team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new logos.
  • Manage end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing SaaS contracts with B2B senior executives.
  • Hunt for new customers and nurture leads using personal network and proactive outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales assets and product offerings.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Proven enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience selling to shippers or freight forwarders.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quotas in complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience managing regional or global sales territories within logistics tech.
