You'll drive operational excellence across the customer lifecycle, ensuring our Lead-to-Revenue process is seamless, measurable, and scalable. You'll optimize our Salesforce-centered tech stack and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify bottlenecks and implement automated solutions. This role offers a clear path to grow into an advanced RevOps or Salesforce function.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with RevOps leadership to identify sales funnel bottlenecks and implement automated solutions
  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations including user permissions, data hygiene, and deduplication
  • Build and modify automations using Flows, validation rules, and formulas under senior guidance
  • Support cross-functional teams by creating and updating reports, dashboards, and views

📋 Requirements

  • 1–2 years in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or Salesforce-centric role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data cleaning)
  • Familiarity with RevOps tools and broader SaaS tech stack
  • Foundational understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, security, and reporting

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Gong, or Outreach
  • Ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders
  • Desire to grow into a Salesforce Admin role
