Lead and scale the Care Navigator team at OneImaging, ensuring every patient receives fast, empathetic support across their imaging journey. You'll drive operational excellence, coach talent, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and tooling.

Requirements

• 4+ years leading large support, service, or clinical operations teams
• Deep understanding of employee benefits and health insurance
• Proven ability to manage high-volume operations with SLA accountability
• Data-backed leadership style with coaching focus
• Experience with prior authorizations, scheduling, or eligibility checks preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire a global team of Care Navigators
• Monitor funnel metrics and implement improvements
• Conduct 1:1s, feedback, and performance management
• Lead retrospectives and maintain SOPs
• Collaborate with Product, Clinical, and Engineering teams
