Description

You will co-lead a Product Group and the broader Design Team to shape strategy, vision, and execution, partnering with Product and Engineering Directors. You'll own user and business outcomes, deliver high-quality experiences, and elevate design standards across the organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years designing and delivering high-quality product experiences with leadership roles
• 3+ years people management and design leadership experience
• Experience co-owning and scaling a product area with measurable impact alongside Product and Engineering
• Proven ability to set product and UX vision based on customer needs and translate strategy into execution
• Strong executive communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders

Responsibilities
