💼 About This Role

You'll lead a fulfillment center team, owning site performance across safety, quality, and cost. You'll drive excellence through 6S standards and Lean programs while building a high-performance culture. This role offers the chance to impact operations at a fast-growing scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take responsibility for site performance on weekly, period, and annual basis.
• Build a high-performance environment with motivated, accountable teams.
• Guide and coach Operations Managers and Supervisors.
• Handle critical incidents, escalations, and smooth operational planning.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• 6+ years operations experience including large multi-shift teams
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build high-performing teams
• Experience driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
