Description

You will provide technical direction and business guidance to the regional sales team, driving innovative technical programs, pipeline generation, customer demonstrations, and POCs. You will evangelize and architect Rubrik's Data Resilience, Observability and Remediation tools to new and existing customers in the Western US.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales engineering experience in an unstructured data environment
• Experience with AWS, GCP, private cloud infrastructure, or security solutions preferred
• Fundamental technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics
• Proven track record of success and strong work ethic
• Ability to work with CxO level personnel and handle multiple calls/demos per day

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction for Rubrik's NAS Cloud Licensing solutions
• Serve as a trusted technology advisor and public cloud subject matter expert for key accounts
• Lead technical sales calls, analyze customer feedback, and identify trends
• Qualify sales opportunities regarding technical requirements, competition, and funding
• Maintain cadence with product management to align roadmap with customer demands
