You'll lead a team of caregivers and field staff ensuring high-quality care delivery for clients in Assistive Care services. You'll drive office performance and build strong client relationships in a mission-driven nonprofit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of caregivers and field staff
• Oversee client services including onboarding and care plan development
• Conduct supervisory visits, client assessments, and service check-ins
• Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, state regulations, and documentation standards

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active NJ RN license
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare or service industry

• Experience managing caregivers or scheduling in a fast-paced environment
