You'll act as a trusted advisor to Datadog's largest customers, driving product adoption and technical support. Your core impact is ensuring customer success through onboarding, guidance, and strategic reviews. This role offers exposure to a broad cloud monitoring stack and direct collaboration with product teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers
• Analyze IT Operations environment and provide recommendations
• Participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or similar
• CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab
• Containerization experience with Docker or Kubernetes

• Experience with Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools
• Previous TAM experience supporting enterprise customers
