You'll partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive resolution of technical issues for Fivetran's API Connector Team. Your core impact will be ensuring high customer satisfaction by troubleshooting API and data pipeline challenges. You'll become a subject matter expert on Fivetran connectors and document solutions in the knowledge base.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide virtual technical support to Fivetran customers and partners.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues using logs, tools, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Dev team to identify and resolve bugs impacting customers.
  • Document known and newly identified solutions in the knowledge base.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience troubleshooting APIs including making requests and interpreting responses
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with data warehouse infrastructure like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery

  • Experience with GitHub and submitting pull requests
  • Ability to read and analyze logs to identify issues
  • Background in customer advocacy via email and video calls
