🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own post-sales relationships with key enterprise customers, including monthly check-ins and quarterly reviews
  • Partner with customers to define success metrics, KPIs, and adoption strategies
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation to achieve measurable business value
  • Resolve urgent technical support tickets and ensure proactive communication with stakeholders

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, or related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role with enterprise accounts
  • Prior experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or professional services at a SaaS company
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to understand APIs, data workflows, and integrations
