🎯 What You'll Do
- Own post-sales relationships with key enterprise customers, including monthly check-ins and quarterly reviews
- Partner with customers to define success metrics, KPIs, and adoption strategies
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation to achieve measurable business value
- Resolve urgent technical support tickets and ensure proactive communication with stakeholders
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role with enterprise accounts
- Prior experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or professional services at a SaaS company
- Strong technical acumen with ability to understand APIs, data workflows, and integrations
