Description

You will design and evolve the component libraries, design tokens, and interaction patterns that power consistency and quality across our platform. Working closely with engineers, you'll ensure clean translation from design to React, support multi-theme system design, and help raise the bar for visual and accessibility standards across our enterprise product.

Requirements

• Strong visual design fundamentals including typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, and composition
• High proficiency in Figma with auto layout, variants, properties, and responsive components
• Experience building and maintaining component libraries in Figma
• Hands-on experience with Tokens Studio for Figma
• Experience working with design tokens in JSON and translating them into Figma Variables

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve high-quality components, patterns, and foundations for the design system
• Build scalable component libraries in Figma using auto layout, variants, and responsive structure
• Work with token-based environment: define and apply primitives, semantic tokens, and component-level tokens
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure clean design-to-React implementation
• Contribute to multi-theme system design and define system guidance and best practices
