🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
• Troubleshoot issues and explain solutions clearly
• Handle admin tasks like account management and item reviews
• Work cross-functionally to share feature requests with teams

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of customer facing work experience
• 2-year Associates Degree or 4-year College Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities
