Description

You will plan, resource, and execute world-class technical training for Anduril's defense technology products, including Counter Intrusion and Counter Unmanned Systems. You'll design curricula, deliver instruction onsite at customer locations, and collaborate across teams to drive product adoption and capture user feedback.

Requirements

• Ownership mentality and initiative in managing work
• Training background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering training
• Understanding of ADDIE, adult learning theories, and instructional design
• Adaptive communication style for diverse audiences
• Eligible to obtain U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Create and manage training collateral for product capabilities
• Design training curricula across presentations, hands-on practicals, and simulations
• Deliver instruction onsite at customer locations, including hazard zones
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to capture product updates
• Capture user feedback and identify pain points to inform product development
