💼 About This Role

You'll own Cradle's events strategy and drive presence across biopharma and biotech communities. You'll conceive and execute events like executive roundtables and conference activations that deepen relationships with pharma partners. This role is ideal for someone with a strong biopharma background who knows the key conferences and thought leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Cradle's annual events calendar and strategy
• Conceive and produce Cradle-hosted events like workshops and symposia
• Build programming that positions Cradle scientists as thought leaders
• Lead end-to-end execution for priority events

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years in events or field marketing in biotech/pharma/life sciences
• Demonstrated experience conceiving and executing community events
• Knowledge of biopharma conferences and relationships with organizers
• Strong project management skills for complex programs

✨ Nice to Have

• Scientific background in protein engineering or computational biology
• Experience at a high-growth startup or building events function from scratch
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Cvent, or similar tools
