💼 About This Role

You'll lead commercial contract negotiations for AI SaaS licensing and partnership deals across EMEA. You'll serve as the primary legal voice in enterprise-level deals, balancing risk and reward with pragmatism. This role carries genuine strategic scope shaping regional expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead GTM deals and contract work out of EU and MENA
• Manage GDPR compliance and DPAs
• Redline and negotiate licensing, SaaS agreements, and NDAs
• Provide legal guidance balancing risk/reward for US teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience drafting commercial contracts
• International transnational commercial arrangements experience
• Experience working from local market for US-based company
• High-velocity tech company experience preferred
