• Manage payment reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Direct daily operational workflow and task prioritization
• Develop product and process improvements with engineering
• Handle complex escalations from Support team

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in operations or consulting at high-growth startups
• Track record of building project teams or launching new initiatives
• Experience creating operational processes in ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
