🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify personalization opportunities
• Conduct discovery sessions and translate client requirements into technical solutions
• Develop personalization strategies and customer journeys in Marketing Cloud Personalization
• Integrate MCP with external systems for real-time customer insights
• Configure and validate campaigns on websites and apps through MCP

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization
• Strong experience creating sitemaps in MCP
• Proficiency in Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
• Strong understanding of API integrations and data management

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience integrating MCP with Data Cloud
• Knowledge of A/B testing and digital marketing best practices
