💼 About This Role

You'll lead the digital backbone connecting robotic innovations to production, owning PLM and MES systems. You'll govern product architecture for complex mechatronic systems, ensuring EBOM, MBOM, and SBOM synchronization. This is a business transformation mandate with executive impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and govern multi-level BOM structures for robotic systems
• Own the strategic roadmap and implementation of PLM environment
• Manage Digital Thread integration between CAD, PLM, ERP, and MES
• Lead Engineering Change Request and Order processes

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 7+ years experience in PLM and MES system management and implementation
• Strong technical knowledge of PLM architectures (Teamcenter, Windchill, etc.)
• Deep understanding of engineering-to-manufacturing business processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling PLM in high-growth startup or SME
• Familiarity with quality management systems and ATEX directives
• AI-enabled or robotics product company experience
