You'll join the Hotels Platform team at Tripadvisor, building highly-performant microservices that power hotel pages for over 400 million travelers each month. You'll own projects end-to-end, from design to production, while collaborating with a fast-paced engineering team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, test, and deploy code changes for strategic initiatives
• Build clean microservice APIs and efficient database queries
• Own projects end-to-end from design to production monitoring
• Provide code reviews and support team operations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years professional software development experience with Java or Kotlin
• Experience with relational databases or data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Hadoop
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related discipline

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end web technologies like React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience using AI tools like Claude or Cursor
