You'll lead and support a high school football team, focusing on recruiting a full team and coaching to a competitive record. You'll ensure player academic success and provide offseason training opportunities.

• Recruit a full team of players by season start
• Coach team to a winning record and postseason play
• Ensure academic eligibility of players throughout season
• Organize offseason conditioning and training clinics

📋 Requirements

• Previous successful coaching experience
• Knowledge of MHSAA rules and policies
• CPR Certification & first aid training
• Alignment with district mission and values

• Valid Michigan Teacher Certificate
• Successful NCAA athletic career
