You'll lead critical initiatives to scale Whatnot's global marketplace, partnering directly with leadership. Your work will shape international expansion and optimize marketing investments for one of the fastest-growing startups.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead international expansion and market growth initiatives.
• Scale marketing engine with business-side rigor and analysis.
• Partner with StratFin and Data on margin and pricing decisions.
• Build tooling to track progress against aggressive goals.

📋 Requirements

• 5-6+ years experience in consulting, investment banking, or startup.
• Professional fluency in German or French with strong communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Ability to operate independently on ambiguous projects.

• Experience on a marketplace or two-sided platform.
• Proficiency with SQL & dashboards.
• Passion for buying/selling in online marketplace communities.
